IP Event is the event services arm of Interpress, a Finnish communications company. While Interpress is often focused upon editorial related operations, IP Event is focused upon all aspects of event management, from small to large, whether a performance, seminar, conference or a corporate party.

 

We have sound systems that range from 1kW to 10kW or more, complete with technician to set up, operate and remove the equipment after the event. We can work with major lighting specialist companies to provide high specification light shows or provide basic lighting as part of our own service. Throughout the year we have sound systems operating in the Helsinki metropolitan area on behalf of Finnish and overseas clients and we are happy to be regarded as reliable, delivering high quality and very price efficient.

 

In event technology clients may need specialist equipment such as projectors, LED screens, radio or lapel microphones or computers to run presentations or videos. We are used to bringing in and operating the equipment that is needed for the client's event.

 

In some cases we are asked to help in event logistics, including venue selection, invitation and registration management, catering arrangements as well as provide or manage the technical services required to make the event a success.
