IP Event sound services, light services, event technology and management

While every event is priced according to its needs here are some guideline examples based on our experience. Factors that can affect cost include such things as the total time required, the time at which access to the venue is possible, distance to be travelled and any special needs arising. We always look for ways in which we can be more efficient and economical without affecting event quality.

- A seminar for 100 people lasting half a day (4 hours) in Helsinki, with sound system and radio microphones provided - between 500 and 600 euros plus tax	- A corporate event for 150 people in Helsinki lasting half a day plus evening up to 10pm in which presentations are to be made and followed by a company party in which there will be live music from a 4 piece band, requiring a sound system, radio and conventional microphones, projector, screen, basic stage lighting, computer connected to sound system and projector/screen - between 2550 and 2750 euros plus tax	- A full day (8 hours) seminar in Helsinki for 150 people in which the client needs help with online delegate registration, badge production and issue, assembly of delegate information packs and issue, arrangement of lunch and break catering, provision of sound system, radio microphones, computer linked to projector and provision of screen - between 3450 and 3750 euros plus tax (plus external costs, eg: printing, catering, venue rental)
- A 4 piece band performance requiring a sound system in a Helsinki city venue finishing by midnight with a performance time of 2 hours maximum - between 350 and 500 euros plus tax
- An outdoor community event lasting a whole day 100 km from Helsinki in which a variety of performances and presentations are to be made requiring a large sound system to reach an audience of up to 1000 people, radio and conventional microphones, computer connected to sound system - between 2800 and 3100 euros plus tax	- A seminar for 100 people lasting a whole day in central Helsinki requiring a sound system, radio microphones, projector, screen, laptop connected to the sound system and projector/screen and some basic stage lighting - between 1350 and 1550 euros plus tax	- A half day seminar in Helsinki for 50 people in which the client needs help with online delegate registration, event check-in desk, catering for morning break and lunch at end of event, provision of computer, projector, screen and small sound system and fixed microphone - between 2530 and 2830 euros plus tax (plus external costs as above)
